The Flower Gallery

These are the most disappointing flowers I have EVER received in my life. At first I was very excited to receive these flowers as they looked stunning in the photo but what we received was not the same AT ALL. I payed $70 for these flowers and with what I received I wouldn’t even pay $15 for these. The colours are completely different and some of the flowers are crushed and wilted. When we called the man on the phone was of no help at all. Do not order flowers from here. These flowers were meant for someone in the hospital and I feel embarrassed to even give these to her

The Flower Gallery in Linden, NJ has an array of beautiful flowers, plants and gifts. Best of all is the customer service experience. We came in for a bridal shower arrangement and it was made fresh on the spot with the most beautiful and unique roses, along with other flowers. The flowers continue to stay fresh more a week later! They have certainly earned our business!

Horrible experience here... I asked for two dozens to be put together to make it look like a big bouqet. The girl that helped me did just that but it didn't come out the way I wanted it to look and for the price of $120 so I KINDLY & POLITELY asked for a refund and was WILLING to do store credit for something better when the same employee who helped me came out and started to give me attitude. She told me I should of went to ShopRite if I wanted to get cheap flowers she kept on giving me attitude so much that another employee had to signal to her to be quiet AND another offered to redo my bouqet. I did not respond to her because I came to buy flowers NOT attitude and insults. This is no way to treat a customer who PAID an outrageous $120 for a small bouqet and KINDLY asked for a refund. She kept running her mouth in front of the other employees one of them offered to make my bouqet bigger. This pic was before the other nice employee helped make it better BUT You be the judge do these look worth $120 PLUS the insults & attitude? I dont think so, I won't do business again with people that don't care to insult and disrespect their customers especially when I kept my cool and composure

I picked up a bouquet of flowers that I had ordered off the website for Valentine’s Day. I selected the the premium size which is suppose to be the highest level. I also advised that I didn’t want a vase included in the package. I was told that no money would be deducted even if it didn’t have a vase, however to compensate, more flowers would be added to the bouquet. When I arrived to pick up the flowers, I noticed that they were sitting in a vase, cut short enough to only fit into a vase, to be further disappointment, this bouquet definitely did not meet my expectations of a premium package which I paid $80 for. I could have gotten a very similar bouquet for $25 or $30 at a supermarket in my opinion. This review get 2 starts only because the service at the store is great. But value for money was totally absent… I’m very disappointed.. very.. this isn’t an $80 bouquet!!
